Vivo, the Chinese smartphone company has today launched its latest offering Vivo Z1, from the new “Z Series” in China. the highlight feature of the device is that it comes with 6.26-inch FHD+ display, Dual Rear Cameras setup & 3260 mAh Battery.
The Vivo Z1 sports features a metal and glass design and bears a 6.26-inch (2280 x 1080p) Full HD+ display with 19:9 aspect ratio and 2.5 curved glass protection. it comes with 90-percent screen-to-body ratio and thinner bezels. the device is powered by an Octa Core 2.2GHz Snapdragon 660 Mobile Platform paired with 4GB of RAM and Adreno 512 GPU. the device is packed with 64GB on-board storage and supports storage expansion up-to 256GB via MicroSD card. it runs on Funtouch operating system 4.0 which is based on Android 8.1 Oreo update and is backed by an 3,260 mAh battery capacity. the device also supports Face Unlock technology and also comes with rear facing fingerprint sensor.
On the optics front, the device sports a rear dual camera setup which consists a combination of a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, and LED flash. it capture depth-of-view effect for portrait shots. on the front, there’s 12-megapixel selfie shooter which is paired with ‘Artificial Intelligence’ and ‘Facial Recognition’ technology.
Connectivity options includes Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD), 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS. it onboards accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope, and proximity sensor. the device measures at 154.81×75.03×7.89 mm and weights at 149.3 grams.
The Vivo Z1 is priced at CNY 1,798 (approx Rs. 19,000) in China and is available in Porcelain Glaze Black, Hyun Screen Red, and Sapphire Blue colour options. the device is already available for pre-booking via JD.com and will go on sale starting from June 4.
