Nokia Licensee HMD Global announced the arrival of next generation of Nokia’s refresh smartphone lineup in India. the company launched Nokia 2.1, Nokia 5.1, and a new variant of Nokia 3.1 in the country on August 9, 2018. Notably, the Nokia 3.1 2GB RAM variant with 16GB storage was launched last month in India.

To quickly recall, HMD Global announced its refresh smartphone lineup for 2018 with the new Nokia 2.1, Nokia 3.1, and Nokia 5.1 at a launch event held in Moscow on May, 30th. All the three smartphones are successor to company’s last year offering the Nokia 2, Nokia 3 and Nokia 5.
The Nokia 2.1 or Nokia 2 (2018) sports a sleek design with metallic detailing along with a polycarbonate back and rounded corners.it features a dual front-facing stereo speakers with 3D formed stainless steel detail and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo (Go edition) — the smartphone is powered by an Snapdragon 425 Mobile Platform paired with 1GB of RAM and is backed by an 4,000 mAh integrated battery.
The Nokia 2.1 or Nokia 2 (2018) is priced at Rs. 6,999 in India and will be available in Blue / Copper, Blue / Silver, Grey / Silver colors options. it will go on sale starting from August 12 via offline channels and online via Paytm Mall, & Nokia’s official website.
