Xiaomi, the Chinese electronics giant is all set announced the company’s latest offering Mi Pad 4 along with the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro at a launch event schedule on 25th of. June. the company yesterday teased the Redmi 6 Pro in a series of press images and today the Mi Pad 4 press images has also surface online.
The Mi Pad 4 bears a 8-inch (1920 x 1200p) FHD+ display with an 16:10 aspect ratio. the tablet is powered by an 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 660 14nm Mobile Platform paired with Adreno 512 GPU. it comes in two variants — 4GB RAM / 64GB storage, 6GB RAM / 128GB internal storage. the tablet runs on MIUI 10 based on Android 8.1 Oreo update and is backed by an 6,000mAh battery.
In the camera department, the tablet sports a 13-megapixel (OV13855 sensor) rear camera with F/2.0 aperture, and a 5-megapixel (Samsung S5K5E8 sensor) with AI Face unlock and F/2.0 aperture for video calling and selfies.
Connectivity option includes 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C.
The Mi Pad 4 is rumoured to priced at CNY 1499 (approx Rs.15,600) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant and CNY 1999 (approx Rs.20,800) for 6GB RAM with 128GB storage.
