KaiOS comes with a store for apps based on HTML5 and has optimized user interface for non-touch devices and supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS and NFC. it works with chipset from all the major manufacturers and provides developers and carriers with a range of innovative back-end services. the KaiOS is known for using less memory and energy. thus, allowing it to power affordable devices with a longer battery life.
The company is headquartered in Hong Kong and has a staff of over 170 people spread across additional offices in the USA, Brazil, Hong Kong, France, India, China, and Taiwan.
